The Application was created by Programitas, MB, legal entity code 304144905, registration address Gedimino ave. 45-4, Vilnius, Lithuania. The Application includes functionality to search for music, download the music (provided by CCMixter) and listen to the downloaded content. It may also include some other features.

2. Automatic Data collection, Advertising and Analytics
2.1. MUSIC DOWNLOADER does not collect itself any information related to you. However, MUSIC DOWNLOADER works with advertisers and third party advertising networks (Appodeal, see their privacy policy at https://www.appodeal.com/privacy-policy), who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, Android advertising ID, various identification IDs of your mobile device, your in-app search enquiries and results of them. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you've downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, device language settings, device type information, mobile network settings, IP addresses, your non-precise location information, and other information in order to help analyse and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.
2.2. Moreover, MUSIC DOWNLOADER uses various third-party analytics tools (Flurry analytics, see their privacy policy at https://policies.oath.com/us/en/oath/privacy/index.html) and other measurement tools to help analyse how visitors use the Application. This information is used to evaluate visitors use of the Application and to compile statistical reports. These tools may also use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies and collect information, described in 2.1 paragraph.
2.3. Any use of cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies by third-parties is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours, and MUSIC DOWNLOADER disclaims all liability in connection therewith. Moreover, third-parties collect and use information under their own policies (which we have no control over) and which may differ from our own privacy policy set out in this document. Note: if you do not want to be subject to any of technologies which are integrated in the Application, do not use or access the Application.

3. Opt-out rights
3.1. MUSIC DOWNLOADER respects your rights to opt-out of receiving interest based advertising. There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application:
(a) Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Please note that even if you opt-out, you will still receive advertising but these ads will not feature interest-based ads that may be more relevant to you.
Also, opt-out might not reach all our advertising partners and even if you opt-out you might still receive some interest based ads. If you want to be certain that no interest based advertising is displayed to you, please do not use the Application.
4. Consents
4.1. By using Application you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and give us your consent to third parties to collect, process, and use your information, as described in this Privacy Policy. Without collecting, processing and use of such data you would not be able to use the Application or such use would be limited.
5. Other Terms
5.1. The Application may link to third party content. These parties are not within the control of MUSIC DOWNLOADER and are governed by those parties' respective privacy policies.
5.2. This Application is not directed to children. By accessing MUSIC DOWNLOADER and using the Application you confirm that you are adult (according to the laws applicable to you).
5.3. If any provision of the Privacy Policy is or becomes invalid, either in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
5.4. MUSIC DOWNLOADER may revise the Privacy Policy from time to time and the most current version will be available on MUSIC DOWNLOADER mobile app. By continuing to access or use the Application after revision became effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the new or revised Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application.
5.5. You are not entitled to assign your rights and/or obligations under the Privacy Policy without our prior written consent.
